Pastry Products
Our pastries are meat pies and pâtés made from traditional recipes. We offer pork pies and pâté en croute. The pork comes from our Berkshire hogs and the pastry is made with our lard.
We have a traditional English pork pie and a Savory pork pie. We offer several sizes from "personal" to "feed the horde". The larger sizes are available by special order.
We also offer French Canadian meat pies. These are large pies, excellent for holiday meals.
The pâté en croute is a country-style forcemeat pate wrapped with a flaky lard crust. It is available in several sizes from small 4½-5 inch lengths to larger 9-10 inch lengths and even whole 18-20 inch pâtés.
