The climactic conditions in this area of Texas allow us to grow crops virtually year round.

We produce a variety of vegetables including tomatoes, squash, peppers (jalapeño, chili, bell, cayenne, and others), beans, asparagus, pumpkins, potatoes, and cold weather crops such as mustard, collards and broccoli.

We use compost from on farm manure and vegetable matter. No harmful chemicals are used for controlling weeds or garden pests (our birds help out with that).
